Our first words this morning were, “Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit.”
My husband and I began the first day of the month and the New Year by taking no chances… we hope to do all we can to assure 2021 will be a time of hope, return of good health for all, and renewed happiness.
“Rabbit rabbit rabbit” is a superstition found in Britain and North America wherein a person says or repeats the words “rabbit“, “rabbits” and/or “white rabbits” aloud upon waking on the first day of a month, to ensure good luck for the rest of it. ~wikipedia
We plan to follow this practice each month this year! Won’t you give it a try, too?
