1. Yes, I saw your post. I’ve been snipping them out for years, but decided to let some grow along the fenced borders in the hopes to harvest fruit. Am I making one of those well-intentioned but awful gardening mistakes, Jane?


          1. I have many happy memories of picking wild blackberries over the years. So delicious on a hot summer day! And the birds appreciate both the berries and the cover. BUT- they need a close eye on them as the runners spread far and wide! It amazes me the odd places they pop up!
